# Eligibility

> Who is eligible to invest in Ondo Intelligent Portfolios.

Ondo Intelligent Portfolio tokens follow the same eligibility requirements as Ondo tokenized stocks. See [Eligibility](/ondo-stocks/eligibility) criteria under Ondo Stocks for details.

Note that holding a portfolio token acquired on a secondary market does not by itself make you eligible to mint or redeem directly with the Issuer. To mint or redeem directly with the Issuer, you must complete the Ondo Stocks know-your-customer (KYC) [onboarding process](/intelligent-portfolios/onboarding-kyc) and satisfy the applicable [eligibility requirements](/ondo-stocks/eligibility).
