# Ondo Private Client

  ## What is Ondo Private Client?

  The Ondo Private Client Program is a loyalty program offered by the Ondo Foundation to our ecosystem's greatest supporters. Private Clients are entitled to personalized support channels, gifts, early access to new features, and events.

  Private Client tiers are separated by account activity levels, which the program tracks directly from your qualifying wallet.

  ## Program Tiers & Qualification

  Ondo Private Client has three tiers defined by **assets held** or **cumulative spot volume** thresholds. Tier status is based on verified qualifying activity. There is no application to submit and Private Client status cannot be purchased.

  Qualifying assets may include [Ondo Stocks](/ondo-stocks/overview), [USDY](/general-access-products/usdy/basics), and other eligible Ondo products. Assets held are measured over a 90-day rolling period. Cumulative spot volume is measured over a 30-day rolling period. Because eligibility is evaluated using rolling periods, maintaining status requires continuing to meet the applicable asset or volume thresholds.

  Ondo Private Client members may receive a combination of enhanced support, early product access, invitations, and other member benefits. Benefits expand by tier and are subject to availability, account status, eligibility, and applicable terms.

  ## Check your status

  You can check your eligibility directly through the official Ondo Private Client page.

  1. **Navigate directly to Ondo Private Client.** Visit the [official Ondo website](https://app.ondo.finance/private-client).
  2. **Connect your wallet.** Connect the wallet associated with your qualifying activity.
  3. **Confirm eligibility.** If you qualify, the dashboard displays your Private Client tier and the benefits currently available to you.

  ### What happens next

  If you qualify for Ondo Private Client:

  1. **Connect with the Ondo Private Client Team.** Share your Telegram handle or email address to set up a direct line of communication with the Ondo Private Client Team.
  2. **Access eligible benefits.** Once applicable requirements are complete, you may receive access to relevant support, product features, events, experiences, or other member benefits based on your tier.
  3. **Activate an Ondo Stocks account where required.** Select rewards or benefits may require an active, verified [Ondo Stocks account](/ondo-stocks/onboarding-and-kyc).
  4. **Maintain your status.** Continue to meet the applicable assets-held or trading-volume thresholds to maintain Private Client status.

  Your dashboard is the primary place to confirm your current tier and available benefits.
