**Important Information Regarding Token Regulatory and Eligibility Matters:** The tokenized assets referenced herein (the "Tokens") have not been registered under the US Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act") or the securities or financial instrument laws of any other jurisdiction. The Tokens may not be offered or sold in the United States or to US persons unless registered under the Act or an exemption from the registration requirements thereof is available.

Persons who place buy orders from within the United States, or any of its states, possessions, territories or federal districts, and persons who are "U.S. persons" or acting for the account or benefit of any "U.S. persons" within the meaning of Rule 902 of Regulation S promulgated under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, are prohibited from subscribing for, acquiring or redeeming the Tokens.
