Who can onboard today?
Onboarding to the Ondo Stocks platform is open to institutional participants and retail users/individuals in supported jurisdictions. For a list of jurisdiction-based prohibitions and restrictions, see Eligibility.How to onboard to Ondo Stocks
Onboarding will involve four steps:- Initiate onboarding
- Complete KYC/KYB verification
- Sign agreements if required
- Account provisioning/approval
1. Initiate onboarding
Begin onboarding directly in the Ondo app.- Log in or create a new account using your email address or your Google account
- Follow the Onboarding prompts, or select Complete Onboarding in the top-right menu bar
- Follow the prompts to begin your KYC/KYB
2. Complete KYC/KYB verification
Ondo Stocks conducts KYC/KYB verification via Persona, our identity and KYC compliance provider. Follow the onboarding prompts to guide you through:- Identity verification
- Submission of entity details (if applicable)
- Submission of required documentation
What information is required for onboarding?
Please note that the above lists are not exhaustive. After your application has been reviewed, additional information and/or documents may be required. When possible, we’ll send a single consolidated request for all additional materials.
What documents are required for onboarding?
Entities:- Article of Existence Document Type (e.g. Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Formation, Certificate of Registration or licensing)
- Entity Proof of Address dated within the last 90 days
- Correspondence from a central or local government department or agency
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
- Lease or mortgage statement
- Entity Tax Self-Certification Form (linked within the KYB flow)
- Proof of address dated within the last 90 days
- Bank statement
- Utility bill
- Lease or mortgage statement
- Government ID
